Two Palestinians were sentenced to life in prison by an Israeli military court for carrying out deadly attacks in the West Bank in 2007 and 2021. Ali Dandis received multiple life sentences for the killing of two off-duty soldiers in 2007 and for a separate shooting attack in 2012. He was also ordered to pay significant compensation to the victims' families. Muhammad Youssef Jaradat was convicted for a 2021 shooting near Homesh that killed Yehuda Dimentman and wounded two others, and was also ordered to pay compensation. The trials of additional suspects involved in the 2021 attack are still ongoing.
