External affairs minister S Jaishankar visited Moscow for high-level talks with Russia's foreign minister Sergey Lavrov, focusing on strengthening bilateral relations and preparing for President Vladimir Putin's upcoming visit to India. The discussions addressed a range of issues, including regional stability, the ongoing conflict in Ukraine, and cooperation in international forums. Both countries are working to finalise new agreements and initiatives ahead of the annual summit scheduled for December.
